My ds also has asd and today was chuntering along quite nicely til Dh got home and dared to eat one of the flapjacks ds had picked in the supermarket earlier. Ds flipped out and, like you, it's the realising that this just isn't going to go away, it can ruin even the most ordinary day. I'm genuinely afraid for my marriage as ds just lashes out so quickly at Dh and tbh Dh is not good at diffusing those situations. Can't join you in the wine as I'm already in bed! I won't tell you tomorrow will be better because we both know that's nowhere near guaranteed, but wine will help for now
