This is about his shouty, nasty attack (today on Good Morning Britain) on the mother who sent her friend an invoice for her child's scuffed designer shoes.

I might not agree with the lady's actions, but for Morgan to shout at her and call her "the worst kind of mother" and reduce her to tears is reprehensible.

I don't like Piers Morgan but in this case I don't think he was being a bully. I think she was trying to make it seem like he was bullying her because she didn't like the criticism.

He's a bully, most people in his "job" are. But in this instance, I don't consider his behaviour to be bullying. If someone is being a cunt (and that "lady" certainly was being one!) then it is not "bullying" to call them out.

I am not a fan of his at all, but he didn't do anything wrong in that interview. An interviewer should ask the questions that we are all screaming at the tv - and that's exactly what he did. She cried because the interview wasn't going her way.

Mycats - I think that his loud, shouty, hectoring tone and the fact he said she was a terrible mother marks him out as a bully.

He's a hypocrite who sucks up to rich men (Sugar, Trump) but thinks that he can attack those people who spend money on their pets, children in a way that he smugly defines as damaging or immoral.

I DETEST Piers Morgan. I have never agreed with him on anything, think he is the most awful interviewer and presenter (rude, likes the sound of his own voice, uneducated) and think he is a huge hypocrite. However, I didn't think he was a bully today. Hard on her and crap interview as usual, but she is a total dick and seems to give it out easy enough and not be prepared to get it back. I'm sure her "friend" felt pretty bullied with her threatning letter asking for money! Any ounce of sympathy I had ebbed away after seeing her delightful halloween costume mocking a 15 year old rape victim. Nice lady huh.

It could be argued that anyone who sends their child on a play date wearing shoes that cost over £300 is a little odd. And if the child isn't allowed to get dirty then perhaps her parenting style isn't as good as it could be.

However, Morgan's dismissive comments about her childhood and background were mean.

I don't think it was necessary of him to shout. He could have made his point without branding her a bad mother.

She went on GMB smug as anything about the despicable thing she did to another parent, all to further her own career and couldn't hack it when rightly pulled on her terrible behaviour. Imagine the AIBU on here after what she did!

He is right about her, her poor 3yo will probably never see her friend again because her mother values a £325 pair of boots over friendship.
