to refuse to trim his armpit hairs

So DH has just asked me to help him trim his armpit hairs... He can't do his right side and they're getting a bit too long for his liking Grin aibu to have said no. Would you trim your dh's armpit hairs? I've told him I will act on the basis of the replies I get on here! Haha!

I'd tell mine to use hair clippers. I suppose if he was straight out of the shower I'd do it.

Yeah, I would if he asked, but I'd tell him not to do it for my benefit. He's done some over and above stuff for me over the years, so trimming an armpit wouldn't really bother me.

Get him to use his beard trimmer, unless he is disabled, then help him.

Why wouldn't you? Assuming he's freshly showered, it's no weirder than trimming facial or head hair, surely?

I don't really see what the big deal is, my ex used to shave my legs for me if he was sat on the side of the bath chatting to me when I was bathing. It's only a bit of hair.

When DH was doing a body building competition I had to fake tan between his arse cheeks. No wife should have to do that. Rules state it must be a specific brand of fake tan. Sun beds not allowed. I'm scarred for life.

Why not?

I have done my dh's, and his pubes. He's got good at it though and now does it himself.

He has clippers for this purpose. I used them on the dog once, but didn't tell him.

I do my DH's. It's just hair. If i asked him to help me with something i couldn't do i would expect my DH to help.

I wouldn't because I like my DP hairy and wouldn't assist with removing any of it with the possible exception of his shoulders

* iklboo * my dh once had pile cream stuff, but was a pessary so had to be inserted! He is also a bodybuilder so couldn't manage it and i had to do it for him!! I am also scarred.

He's just told me he hates his chest hair and the sexy line of hair going down from his stomach. I've told him he is to under no circumstances remove either! No one wants a bald bodied man!

I've always helped my DH trim his armpit hairs.

I had to look at DHs piles (functional weight lifter) and that was enough 😮😱

His armpit hair is lovely and silky though abd straight out of a shower would not bother me. Despite being left handed though he seems to cope himself.
