I am working with translations of some video subtitles and find this untranslated phrase, marked with red: "А! You go prey senting elves if Frizzy Li’l Bill sing or Bud the Frontal Little Bit"
AIBU to ask you, what that could possibly mean?

What context? What is the video about? What's on screen with the subtitles?

People are talking of what they'd rather have other people do, like "I'd make my little brother bring me tea in the morning"

Even Urban Dictionary doesn't know what Frontal Little Bit means

I have no idea about the middle section.

Yes Fruit might have it - Bud = "put" (say it with an accent, puddin' putting)
