To ask how much Disneyland Paris costs?

Def not going this year but thinking about it for next year/year after
How much would you budget and how many nights is best to stay Inc travel and hotel and stuff, I've tried to Google but I am useless and can't seem to work out how much I would need to save.

We are going with two under sevens (so both free) and booked early to get two nights and two further nights free. Five days in the park. Got a meal plan - half board. Free tunnel crossing with club card vouchers. Cost us about £1200. We're going the last week of July. If we went the first week of August (the week before my oldest turns 7) it would've been more. Staying at Davy Crockett. Seems old value to us. Got this all from taking the advice of friends plus Google.

Went this Easter, 1 child got free under 7, eldest is too old at 8. Stayed at Disneyland a Hotel, added HB meal plan (we got premium category so our vouchers covered all the Character dining restaurants. £2078 all in 4 nights, 5 days. We drove via Eurotunnel. Last May we did it for under £1500 for 4 of us for 4 nights, 5 days also with free HB meal plan and staying at the Newport Bay. Again, we drove via Eurotunnel.

We are also going last week of July to Davy Crockett with the half-board meal plan! It must be a good choice .

How many of you and what ages? Ideally at least 3 full days (2 for park one for studio) but 5 would be good.

When we went last summer we found ourselves going to the main park during the extra hours in the morning then over to the studios then sometimes back to the hotel to use the pool then back to the main park for late afternoon/evening.

We're going back for another 5 days later this year.
Both trips cost about £1k ish for mid range hotel (this time with meal plan) and we're flying over this time for £100 each return as I don't like the extra day either side to travel to London.

Next year will be more expensive - 30th anniversary year.

£292 4 nights Santa Fe hotel plus park tickets for 5 days
£58 hotel at Folkestone
£4 eurotunnel (tesco vouchers for rest)
£120 fuel (from Cardiff)
£300 food (inc buffalo bills show and princess lunch).
I make that less than £1k all in.

I'm going and staying in a non disney hotel 2 stops away on the metro for about a fraction of the price of a disney hotel

France etc often have under 12s go free. Often cheaper to book through another country's site.

They've got the two free nights deal on at the moment so book soone rather than later. I've looked for next August and family of 3, Sequoia Lodge for 4 nights is just short of £800 (no transport). Obviously much cheaper in term time.

We stayed at the Disneyland hotel (pink castle right at the gate) for three nights, half board with park tickets for 3 days - £1600 in Sept. We stayed Sun-Wed, much cheaper than over the weekend.

We had the most expensive meal plan - well worth it as we could use our meal vouchers for lunch with the princesses and tickets for Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show.

I had air miles so got cheap flights, otherwise the flights would have been another £1600.

We brought our own Disney tat with us. I left it on the pillow for the kids to find at night.

With the meal plan, you don't need that much spending money.

We first went a few years ago and drove/Eurotunnel-ed it then. This time we are flying and then hiring a car - we like the Crockett ranch with the outdoor space and pool. Booked everything separately though and will be spending a couple of days in France after the Disney days.

We went mid January (term time) mon - fri so 4 nights 5 days. It wasps great time of year to go as was quite quiet and January sales are in the shops!

4 nights in Santa Fe hotel (which is a Disney one ) and our breakfast each morning for 2 adults a 5 year old and a 3 year old cost us £363.

Flights for the 4 of us from Dublin was £380.

It can be done cheaply!

Can I ask a question while you're all here? I'm thinking of taking DS (4 yo) in the summer for a few days, but it would just be me and him as DH is away for work. I'd be about 22-23 weeks pregnant. Is that doable? Or is he going to miss out on loads of rides that I can't take him on? He likes the scariest ones he's allowed to go on!

OP if you on FB There is a group called Disneyland Paris for Brits. You will get all the information you need to know there. We went for five days last year and stayed at David Crockett. We had a half-board + meal plan And it cost us £1200, That was for two adults one child. The previous year We got annual passes what cost about €230 Per person and we stayed at one partnership Hotels just outside the park. To be honest tho, staying at one of the Disney hotels is always nicer, you can get the meal plans. so you can eat at all of the funky restaurants / character dining, Without worrying about the cost.

If you drive, at certain times of year you can get a resort hotel around £1000 for a few nights.

SouperSal - yep, I know about that but sadly, the then French offer even with kids u12 going free came in more expensive than the UK offer when I was booing (we booked last September). It was something like €2150 iirc. When we went last year, again I checked and the U.K. offer worked cheaper as it came with the free half board whereas the French offer did not so had to add it for a true comparison. Also with the U.K. offer you can pay a deposit to secure a deal if you book far enough in advance, whereas with another country's offer, you have to pay it all up front on booking.

Have to say, we loved staying at the Disneyland hotel, being so close to the main park makes for a more relaxed experience I think; plus dining at Inventions more than once!

If you phone you can pay a deposit whichever country's deal you're doing.

We've booked 3 nights over the first weekend of December (Friday-Monday) for a little pre-Christmas magic We got one day and night free through the early booking offer. DD is 9 and therefore pays so for her and I to stay at Santa Fe:

Hotel incl. breakfast and park tickets - £554.00

Flights - around £130

Half board premium dining plan - £204

Bus to and from CDG airport and Disney Hotel - £54

Disney PhotoPass+ - £38

Train tickets and airport bus at home - around £30

Total: £1010.00.

Ouchies. Our two week summer holiday to Gran Canaria last summer cost significantly less. Suffice to say I haven't booked a summer holiday this year. I'm holding out hope for a really cheap last minute deal!

Soloman they are really strict! Pregnant women aren't allowed on any of the rides. I went when I was pregnant and dressed carefully to disguise it (obviously I only went on boring rides!). Even then, one of the stewards took me aside, asked if I was pregnant and wouldn't let me on.

Went in December with my brother and niece (4). We spent £600 on a 4 day/5 night package at the Hotel Cheyenne, £250 on flights from Manchester and £70 on TGV tickets from the airport direct to Disneyland.

On top of this, we spent £1000 on food drinks and souvenirs, including Buffalo Bill tickets, 3 character breakfasts at Cafe Mickey and 1 character dinner at the Inventions buffet.

Could have spend less but my niece went a little bit crazy in the shops lol.

We left at around 11am on the last day and at the train station waiting for the TGV, my brother sold our park tickets for 100€ while i was getting coffee, so we made lunch money

Definitely recommend visiting - my niece hasn't stopped talking about it since we came back!
