How much would you budget and how many nights is best to stay Inc travel and hotel and stuff, I've tried to Google but I am useless and can't seem to work out how much I would need to save.

We left at around 11am on the last day and at the train station waiting for the TGV, my brother sold our park tickets for 100€ while i was getting coffee, so we made lunch money

To others reading this, please don't sell your tickets on. Pickpockets buy them to get access to the park to rob people. Sad

We went Feb term time we went by airplane easy jet and magical shuttle, stayed at hotel Cheyenne 4 nights 5 days half board plus meal plan £1200 we took £1100 for spending money and could of easily brought £500 back but we thought we won't be doing it again for a while so we spilt it between the kids and they had a spending spree the day before we came back. Have fun Smile

About £1200 inc flights from the North in Easter holidays.

You do a lot of walking at DLP and children can be too tired to sit down and eat. It's a 15-20 min walk to the park from the park hotels with the exception of the Disneyland hotel right at the entrance.

For me good planning is the key. The parade was the best bit so being in the park later on is good.

Our little one never made the fireworks and that was at 8.30! She was asleep by 7pm every night!

I think you can do DLP quite cheap for what you get.

We went just before Easter (our school hols were early) and did Sunday to Thursday (4 nights) at Davy Crockett. Only one child free and paid for a mean package (about £400) all in was around £900 (there was a 25% off offer on) only one free child as eldest is 8

As we drove we took snacks etc breakfast is included at Davy if buy a meal plan. Cabins are great. Take advantage of magic hours (8am -10am)

Depends how far away from Folkestone you are so we added on a hotel the night before and after in France to split the journey but you don't have to if live further south. Can also get cheap flights if you book early enough.

How many of you - adults / children? How old will the children be? Are you restricted to school holidays? Where do you live and do you have a preferred method of travel?

Thankyou everyone,
2 adults and a 2 year old but would he 3 next year obviously so not restricted to school holidays.
Live in the south east and would pron ably get the eurostar because I'm scared of flying and our car can't be trusted to go that far or it'd die on us I think

Do a hotel not Davy Crockett then. Cheyenne and sequoia are fine. Book early for good deals and try other country's websites (via the dlp website)

Your child will be free. Out of school hols prices are good just pick your time,

I would advise you go to park early from local hotel and then go back after lunch for a nap, then back again with a 3 year old. Lots of walking!

Cafe Mickey is ace to see the main characters.

I would personally book sequoia or Cheyenne or Santa Fe and spend the cash on the character stuff you might want to do.

The restaurant meals are fine (ratatouille and cafe mickey ace) and the buffets are ok. Fast lunch food is crap so if you can take in snacks etc do so. Smile
