To hide the crumpets?

The shopping just arrived, I feel I should hide the warburtons crumpets. The other night DH ate last two - but used light salad cream on them instead of butter (well, buttery spread in this house)!!
It's just wrong, such a waste of a good crumpet. I still haven't got over him putting tomato purée on them for the kids and now that's the only way they'll eat them. Whatever happened to just enjoying your crumpet with a bit of butter on?

Violife is awesome, I also have cheezly for baked potatoes and such, a better one when mashed or mixed to other things.

But Violife is the crumpet topper of kings.

Salad cream no it's not the kind of thing you'd put on a crumpet, but it should but that persons choice what to put on it, it's food that still keeps you going even if it's something you wouldn't normally have together...

When I want a snack I usually have salad cream on a slice of bread and fold it over..
