Hi all I'm a mum of 3 small kids and I occasionally panic if they as small kids sometimes do swallow or inhale a substance which is not normally for that purpose. I have come across this poster on the nhs site which gives a list of a lot of low toxicity substances commonly found around the home and which if swallowed or inhaled are generally harmless and dont need any further treatment so may avoid panic or unecessary a&e visits. Below is a link to the poster, hope it helps someone!
