Inspired by the fairytale thread...

I have this urge to kill people so I murder violent criminals who won't be missed anyway. AIBU to think I'm doing society a favour?

I really really really want the throne. And to have lots of sex, with unsuitable people. And start wars. It might get everyone I love killed. In fact it probably will. AIBU to go for it anyway?

BigFatPanda · 15/04/2015 00:37

My db has been married 3 times. Now he's having a baby with the last divorced one. Their relationship is ridiculous, they only want each other when the other has a partner and keep having the same argument about being on a break!

AIBU to take my new husband move the suburbs?

owlborn · 15/04/2015 00:44

I had a weird experience the other day. I was at the train station and saw a suicide. What was especially awful is that she looked just like me.

AIBU to nick her bag and her identity just to work out what's going on? Her shoes were really nice so she's probably richer than me.

Icimoi · 15/04/2015 07:22

My dh is a policeman. We live in a beautiful country village, but the murder rate round here is staggeringly high. And if there's one murder, there are invariably a few more before dh arrests the culprit.

WIBU to tell dh that he either needs to change his job or we need to move to a completely different part of the country?

PeppermintCrayon · 15/04/2015 08:38

I'm living in a squat and I need a proper place. They kept getting snapped up by psychic house-hunters until I saw an ad that said: professional couples only. I have a homeless male friend. AIBU to pretend to be a couple so we can get the flat?

(Wonder if anyone will get the above)

Also, I'm living with my mum and bored of my crappy shop job. This awesome guy has shown up; he's just so exciting and he makes me laugh. Thing is, he's 900 years old and he lives in a phone box. AIBU to run away with him?

BigFatPanda I think I know your DB. He sounds just like NSDXH who said someone else's name at our wedding. And he wanted to stay friends with her! AIBU to have made him choose between her and me?

corgiology · 15/04/2015 09:39

I would like to know what each poster's TV programme is if they will be willing to share? :)

I was on holiday with my DH in Scotland and I stepped through some standing stones and ended up in the 1700s. The thing is, I've had to get married to a Highland warrior for my own safety and the sex is red hot. AIBU?

OrlandoWoolf · 15/04/2015 10:00

I've just moved from a city on the East coast. I used to spend a lot of my time in bars drinking beer.

Now I've moved to the West Coast and seem to have had a total personality change. I can't drink beer anymore and have a penchant for fine wines.

AIBU to let my Dad live with me? He's very down to earth and I think he might help bring the old me back.

GamoraStarlord · 15/04/2015 10:11

My husband has a very important job. He also has a serious illness that would stop people thinking he could do his work and possibly have a knock on effect. I am a doctor and can treat him for this but if we get found out then a lot of people are going to be mad or out of work and I could lose my medical license. AIBU to treat him and keep it to ourselves?

BigFatPanda · 15/04/2015 11:06

Oh these are good! I don't know the last two. My one is Friends

OrlandoWoolf · 15/04/2015 11:08

Mine's Frasier.

He goes from being a beer drinking regular at a bar in Boston to a wine snob in Seattle who has no clue about bars.

I blame Niles.

Now there's an AIBU. Could talk about Maris and Daphne.

reddaisy · 15/04/2015 11:11

I love this thread already!

BigFatPanda · 15/04/2015 11:14

Oooh good one Orlando!!

tictactoad · 15/04/2015 11:19

I am the sole (and very bendy rock) against which a tide of supernatural horrors is flinging itself relentlessly on a daily basis. I didn't ask for the job but am expected to do it anyway. It doesn't appear that resignation is an option.

AIBU to ask WWYD?

00100001 · 15/04/2015 12:00

AIBU to think, that as an experienced world class chef, that when I offer advice to failing restaurants, that perhaps they should listen to me, instead of ignoring me? I end up have to shout and swear at them to get them to listen.. FFS!!!

BigFatPanda · 15/04/2015 12:13

Tictac Medium?

PeppermintCrayon · 15/04/2015 13:08

Mine were Dexter, Spaced, Doctor Who and Friends

Gamora - the west wing?

MammaTJ · 15/04/2015 13:17

AIBU to think that my much less intelligent than me husband should occasionally let me get a word in edgeways. I get the feeling people might be interested in what I have to say, if only he would stop interrupting me! He thinks that just because he has an Irish accent, people want to listen to him more than me.
