Maybe they should be represented in the TV debates. Free UK party certainly are more interesting than the rest of them!

Just saw this on the Guardian website. God, I hope he takes some votes away from that joke-of-a-politician Farage.

Tinks42 · 14/01/2015 19:16

Oh and all the other politicians are damn jokes too then?

catgirl1976 · 14/01/2015 19:17

I thought this was brilliant. Shows NF up for exactly what he is. Genuis.

Rebecca2014 · 14/01/2015 19:19

No one who is going to vote UKIP will vote for him. It is just a piss take. It may take votes away from Labour actually.

Tinks42 · 14/01/2015 19:21

arent

Tinks42 · 14/01/2015 19:22

UKIP are getting my vote.

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 14/01/2015 19:24

Haha, knew it would be this Grin

Best british news i've seen all day!

CatCushion · 14/01/2015 19:24

Bless Al Murrey and all who vote for him, it could save Thanet. Very hard to choose between The Pub Landlord and Farage.

Bellerina2 · 14/01/2015 19:26

I don't know CatCushion, one is a caricature of a right wing bigot and the other is the pub landlord...

onedayiwillmissthis · 14/01/2015 19:36

'course taking part in an important democratic process...voting...is now just one big jokeHmm

OneStepCloser · 14/01/2015 19:38

Its my constituency, Im rather hoping Al will be knocking on my door, anything to stop Farage getting in.

CatCushion · 14/01/2015 19:51

'...we pledge to leave Europe by 2025...' guess whose policy that is?

catgirl...I've only just noticed that Farage's initials are NF!

BabyX · 14/01/2015 19:57

Pledge to leave the solar system by 2050 Grin

ravenAK · 14/01/2015 20:09

Dh used to be mates with Al Murray many years ago. Lovely bloke...& this is inspired Grin.

BuzzardBird · 14/01/2015 20:10
Grin
Tinks42 · 14/01/2015 20:11

At the end of the day we are all only fed what the parties want us to know, no matter what is on the net, in the papers etc. Politics is a huge game played by the entitled rich and we are pawns.

I always vote for something other than the main two parties. Shake it up a bit I say and let no bugger rule Grin

I personally think thats "democracy"

MehsMum · 14/01/2015 20:18

I laughed so much DH asked what was so funny.
I wish real politics was as much fun.

BathshebaDarkstone · 14/01/2015 20:20

quietbat they should do that. That'll teach 'em. Grin

FyreFly · 14/01/2015 20:21

I genuinely lol'ed.

Especially enjoyed the point about A&E and making Alex Salmond first minister for Norwich Grin

ravenAK · 14/01/2015 20:21

Tinks42 - could you not just dunk a ping pong ball in some paint, blindfold yourself with tinfoil, & chuck your ball over the screen into voting cubicle - it might land in a box? More fun for the rest of us to watch...

SuburbanRhonda · 14/01/2015 20:28

Problem is, tinks, that if we all did a "let's shake it up a bit" vote rather than using our vote wisely, we could end up being stuck with an unelected government who have four years to do untold damage to institutions like the NHS.

vinegarandbrownpaper · 14/01/2015 20:35

Based on a sophisticated discourse analysis of the posts on MN I wonder what a mumsnet party policies would be..

WillBeatJanuaryBlues · 14/01/2015 20:42

Oh dear I cannot stand Al, he would actually force me to Farage.
