The Boots website is shit right?

Grrrr it never used to be as bad, now it crashes, it's full of broken links, it's just really really inefficient.

I wanted to check it wasn't just me before I complain

Yes, if you browse (especially on a mobile) the site map makes no sense. But the search facility is shit. And if you click "back" when you've filtered your results, it unfilters them. Maddening.

Oh, and it's always been rubbish as far as I am concerned.

Yes but then i find alot of high street ones are hard to use.

I Was trying to order something the other day and it wouldn't let me add to the basket because I needed to select a colour. .. These were breathe right strips and there was no way to select a colour! I gave up in the end.

The site is terrible, and so slow. I keep hoping they include a site survey in the end but surprisingly they never do. hmm. ...

Yes, it's awful. There are so many broken links, it seems to crash fairly frequently and I get random error messages. It's not like Boots are strapped for cash, surely they can afford a proper web team?

YANBU. I hate it. I hate boots. If it were not for DHs staff discount I wouldn't go there.

I don't think the Boots site has been significantly updated since DS1 was a baby - and he's nearly 11.

YANBU, it tells me there are 5 pages of results for my search, but click on anything after page 2 and it comes up with a 'No results' message.

I agree, it used to work okay but in the past year or two it's really gone downhill. I tend not to bother now, I can get most stuff in other places, superdrug and amazon mainly.

I think it's grabby of Boots to charge you for delivery to a store, everywhere else does free click and collect. I've only ordered online from them once and won't be doing it again unless they change that.

Seriously Boots, how hard can it be to spend some of your cash and hire an agency to come up with a well designed site? It is 2014, not 1998. Up your game you idiots.

They redid it recently (or at least the basket/checkout is different) and it’s SO MUCH WORSE than it was before.

Trying to buy baby clothes from there is impossible. You search by size, but it shows you things that were in that size but have now sold out. The filter categories don't work right. It's SO slow. I see loads of cute baby clothes from there but I've given up on it and don't even try to browse any more.

The worst. I swear every time I use it. And try not to use it much.

Yes it’s absolutely shit and I’d never order anything from it as I wouldn’t even trust them to send me the correct item(s). And it’s too stress inducing to even try anyway.
