The Boots website is shit right?

Grrrr it never used to be as bad, now it crashes, it's full of broken links, it's just really really inefficient.

I wanted to check it wasn't just me before I complain

Seems nothing's changed in the last 8 years. Its awful. Trying to buy some stuff recently. Adding things to the basket, kept saying it was empty, eventually go to checkout to find basket full of multiple items! So annoying

I know this is a zombie thread but, yes! It's utterly shit 8yrs on!

I tried to order some makeup via quidco to get cashback and it was over £25 or whatever so entitled to free delivery, but could I get the order completed? No.

I schlepped down to the shop instead with much cursing and pain and waving of walking stick!

I tried it recently and just couldn't check out. It kept taking me round and round. They had emailed me to say I had £27.50 advantage points to use but I had to go into one of the shops in the end. You're not allowed to use advantage points to part pay for something. Bizarre

I thought it was just my phone, but yes, utter garbage. I've wanted to browse and buy stuff many a time and have given up. Have any of their staff at HQ even tried to use it themselves?

Same for Next. Very clunky. Haven't got hours to spend shopping.

The issue with a lot of online stores is there is just too much in their ranges. I can't deal with online shopping. I bought a pair of boots in a supermarket today as I just couldn't be arsed and don't have the time to trawl clunky, slow online stores and find they will probably not fit when I do get them.

Makes me think they might go the same way as Woolworths.

It's terrible. Also advertises things that are completely sold out and they have no intention of restocking.

Boots is my favourite shop - I hate how it's going downhill. Our local one always has empty shelves! And yes, the website is awful.

You are being VERY unreasonable. It has not just gone like this, it has always been, without doubt, the worst shopping website I've ever used. It constantly crashes and takes you back to the home page.
Please, please complain and get them to sort their shit out!! Please.
