Is there a topic where the word hasn't been used?

And Isn't the word a lazy way of saying you don't agree with somebody's views?

It does seem to be a favourite on here. Usually "could you BE more judgey" or "could your judgey pants be hoiked any higher". In RL nobody would say that, they'd just nod or change the subject, lol.

Trickydecision · 10/09/2014 16:21

I have never understood what is wrong with being judgey. We all do it all the time, daft to pretend otherwise.

Wailywailywaily · 10/09/2014 16:22

I hear it a lot in real life.

Only my 14yo DS actually says lol.

sillystring · 10/09/2014 16:23

In RL nobody calls their husbands and children DS/DC or all these other stupid acronyms on here. I'm getting really sick of this stupid place and the nasty posters always getting their little dig in, eh Waily?

Wailywailywaily · 10/09/2014 16:34

You don't have to use the "silly acronyms" your choice really. I'm just not sure that lol was used well in this context. Why laugh out loud because in real life people just nod and change the subject. It doesn't make sense.

yeah, whatever...jog on.

PedlarsSpanner · 10/09/2014 16:37

Oooh handbags

Notso · 10/09/2014 16:41

This threads a bit judgey innit?

sillystring · 10/09/2014 16:42

Nah, I'm out of here. Everything is confrontational, everything is a "dig". Easy to see who all the keyboard warriors are with their nasty little digs. I'm deregistering. This place is a load of shit.

Wailywailywaily · 10/09/2014 16:42

Sillystring, how old are you? Grin

Oh silly! I'm knotted laughing here!

Op your post has the word judge in it so I'm judging you. .. and the cycle continues. .Grin

Wailywailywaily · 10/09/2014 16:48

Really Hmm I don't think that was called for. But since we are on a thread about judging, if I must.

TakeMeUpTheNorthMountain · 10/09/2014 16:51

Ooh I just saw the last post from silly, I was laughing at her over dramatic announcement of deregging.

Not nice silly, not cool

The Heading has the J word in it. Not the post ;)

I judge people all the time.

I think in the quest of competitive tolerance, MN loses sight of perspective. Some things are not ok, and having MH, SN, or anything else doesn't suddenly make those things acceptable.

LadyLuck10 · 10/09/2014 17:13

YY bulbasaur

I judge, everyone judges. Fact.
It seems though on mn some posters like to believe they're better and above this.

TakeMeUpTheNorthMountain · 10/09/2014 17:13

I'm judging still! You can't stop me Muahaaahhaaaha! !

CuntWagon · 10/09/2014 17:17

You'd have to be a complete moral vacuum yourself to NEVER judge anyone. Some people are fucking awful humans and bad parents, and competitive tolerance allows that to fester.

BuzzardBird · 10/09/2014 17:21

I judge about as often as men think about sex.

twostucktogether · 10/09/2014 17:23

We all judge.
I never believe the ones that say I'm not one to judge or who am I to judge.
Pull the other one! miss prissy pants Grin
