Just that really, is anyone else on edge, can't sleep?

Yep. Except I just took a sleeper Grin ill be zombiefied in the morning from it but better that than being awake all night and zombie in the morning.

Sucks.

steff13 · 09/09/2014 01:43

I couldn't last night, but I think it's hormones. PMS, you know.

I haven't paid much attention to the super moon, but I've seen lots of posts about it on Facebook. It seems like there's been one every month. Is there one every month? What makes it super?

gamerchick · 09/09/2014 01:51

There isn't one every month.. this year hasn't been the norm I think.

SuperMoonIsKeepingMeUpToo · 09/09/2014 02:44

Couldn't sleep last night and can't sleep tonight. Just can't wind down. And have finally come out of lurkdom to write my first post, hence the username!

PiperIsOrange · 09/09/2014 02:53

I can't sleep tonight either but nothing new.

EggsAreRound · 09/09/2014 02:57

Oh is that what the bloody problem is then? I only had five hours sleep last night; thought I'd be out like a light tonight, but no, here I am, at nearly four. Sod. It.

PiperIsOrange · 09/09/2014 02:57

The moon is pretty tonight though.

To think the supermoon is keeping me up?
SuperMoonIsKeepingMeUpToo · 09/09/2014 03:01

Stop gloating, Eggs!! Think I had about 3 hours last night, if that. I've been useless today (yesterday), and will be even worse tomorrow (today)!

headinhands · 09/09/2014 03:06

Does this 'err supermoon cause really heavy colds and sore throats that stop you sleeping very well even though you have to work tomorrow?

Glad you've decided to jump in super. Grin

SuperMoonIsKeepingMeUpToo · 09/09/2014 03:09

Fanks, head! Smile

FarelyKnuts · 09/09/2014 03:14

Something to blame at last! Is the middle of the sodding night and I am randomly making school lunch out of boredom and the idea that when I do actually get sleep I will be nauseous in the real morning and not want to face lunch box creatively.

TheBabyFacedAssassin · 09/09/2014 03:14

Another one wide awake Angry

I detest not being able to sleep

mum2bubble · 09/09/2014 03:16

wide awake here .... but fear it's a guilty conscience and not the moon Confused

PiperIsOrange · 09/09/2014 03:17

Mum2bubble what do you feel guilty about.

mum2bubble · 09/09/2014 03:24

coming to the realisation that I don't love my husband and I have to act on that

PiperIsOrange · 09/09/2014 03:33

No wonder you are wide awake. Relationships is a fantastic source of advice and experience if you need help and support.

Wishing you all the best

mum2bubble · 09/09/2014 03:37

thanks Piper will head there soon I think ....

StickyProblem · 09/09/2014 03:47

Me and DP are the same, tired but completely awake, he wants to put the bins out for "entertainment"! Completely recognise that feeling Farely.
Good luck mum2 Flowers

Shockers · 09/09/2014 05:30

I'm so glad I came across this thread. After 6 weeks of brilliant sleep, I've gone back to work and can't sleep more than a few hours. I'm knackered. It actually helps having a reason.

SuperMoonIsKeepingMeUpToo · 09/09/2014 07:55

Sorry mum2. Thanks Good luck with your decision - making.

How much sleep did everyone get? Think I finally dropped off around 5 and was awake again at 6.50. It's gonna be a looong day. Sad

mum2bubble · 09/09/2014 08:02

I think I succumbed to sleep about 4.45 and up 7.30, so not too bad. Feel very calm now, need to start dealing with reality. Thanks for the support Sticky and Super

FarelyKnuts · 09/09/2014 09:41

Finally slept at about 5 am, back up at 7.30am. May try and sneak a nap in later

saltnpepa · 09/09/2014 11:16

Ooh well I'm back to gloat a full 5 hours. Hope tonight is better, sodding moon!

OP posts:
FarelyKnuts · 09/09/2014 22:16

Didn't get a nap. Freaking shattered. Don't think even a super duper moon is keeping me awake tonight!

gamerchick · 09/09/2014 22:21

I got about 5 hours with sleepers and here I am wide awake again. Even a rare bath earlier didn't help.

Oh well off work for a few days so might chill tomorrow rather than finish off the wallpapering.

Happy sleeping tonight hopefully Grin
