Hello, well after very little sleep last night I think I managed 4 hours I am wide awake.

Seriously thinking about taking my medication just to knock me out. Should only take it when it's really needed for pain.

I can't sleep either

Is it still a supermoon tonight? Is that why my toddler is up and giggling??

Wish hadn't read this post as had a really bad nights sleep. What's that about as normally sleep like log.

It's natural for humans to sleep less when there is a full moon... Our ancestors needed to be more alert as predators could see better in the dark.

Pretty good Tuesday night, only awake between 3 and 6 (awake again at 7 though ) but last night, for the first time in months, I slept through the night. Feel on top of the world!

Precious one of my cats has been behaving strangely too - hadn't linked it to the beautiful fantastic supermoon though! She keeps zooming randomly around the garden at top speed & won't come in overnight
