But it's so tiny OP, hardly a 5 bed - more like a 2 bed with a few broom cupboards.

Barbierella · 18/06/2014 17:06

I bet it's got mice too, all London houses have mice ;-)

But it's horrible! Dark and sole less

ICanSeeTheSun · 18/06/2014 17:07

My shed is worth more than that I wish

YesJesseARobot · 18/06/2014 17:07

Location isn't bad. I like the look of the corner shop.

ChazsBrilliantAttitude · 18/06/2014 17:07

Well the first one is OK but think about the electricity bill with all those lights on.

SugarAndSpice126 · 18/06/2014 17:07

Yeah I have 5 like this - no big deal. Very reasonable.

Envy

Though actually, if I did have that amount of money (ha!), I wouldn't buy this.

Barbierella · 18/06/2014 17:07

I think they would have been able to get a few more zero's but it's on a very busy road Smile

OP posts:
YesJesseARobot · 18/06/2014 17:08

First one that is. Picture nineteen.

ChazsBrilliantAttitude · 18/06/2014 17:08

Oh the second one is like living in a corridor.

Barbierella · 18/06/2014 17:09

spotted yesjesse

Yes, I'm sure you could get a tin of spam or some other essentials there.

Luxury Grin

Barbierella · 18/06/2014 17:11

sweetlittleone

Anyone like to speculate on the price of this one? I reckon £45k at sealed bids Grin

calculatorsatdawn · 18/06/2014 17:11

on a pound per square metre of grey basis this really is a bargain.

WaitingForMyMam · 18/06/2014 17:13

Would be ok as a second home I guess. Wouldn't live there, too poky.

londonrach · 18/06/2014 17:14

Does that win the price for cheapest place in London?

YesJesseARobot · 18/06/2014 17:17

That one with the CGI decor has been on the market for ages! Perhaps they have dropped the price. I'll ring and ask.

ch1a · 18/06/2014 17:17

Candy and candy stuff is just so American as well. All beige and greige and shiny and blah.

But given its so cheap I'll take two...

HerRoyalNotness · 18/06/2014 17:18

I love how only in England is a 68m quid property marketed as a 'flat'. Makes me laugh every time.

grobagsforever · 18/06/2014 17:20

Pff. I live in Surrey and was passing time looking for places for my friend to buy. I bought my house two years ago - no way I could afford it now. The market is insane and there's very little for sale. London is insane but much of the south east is no better.

ChazsBrilliantAttitude · 18/06/2014 17:20

The Kensington property isn't even real. The photos are computer generated Shock

Barbierella · 18/06/2014 17:23

Chazbrilliantattitude

No wonder it's POA they have yet to tell us it's not even real! Here's your virtual house sir......

40M and you have to build your own bloody house. Do you think they'll invite Kevin McCloud and the Grand Designs crew along?
