Chaz
I think you get the virtual people roaming in the garden for free though.

I used to live on the same street as the second one well in a staff bedroom above the pub on the corner

I just want to always ask people that own these type of houses, what do you do for a living? Just how do you ever get a house like this! I'm a nurse and would have to work for say 500 years or so.

delightfuldecor

I would pay 15 million (if i had it) not to live with this decor!

My cousin in law has just rented a flat in London. The rent is £1500 for a 2 bed. ( she is sharing). She showed me the photos, and I nearly said, oh great it has a utility room, then realised it was the kitchen Blush. That price would make me weep.

A mere bagatelle!

But the curtains in picture 10 are hideous!

I wonder what council tax band that first house is in - could be a deciding factor Grin

Honestly, you look at those pictures and (apart from the swimming pool) it's just living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms at the end of the day. We all end up doing the same thing in them: , eating, arguing, sleeping, shagging etc. It all SEEMS so fabulous but utterly, utterly soul-less. Gives me the same feeling as when I see Kate Moss on a yacht with Sir Phillip Green in Monaco - or Naomi cosying up to some wrinkly billionaire (and the word isn't Jealous!!)

Pobblewhohasnotoes · 19/06/2014 20:26

Most Londoners don't own those type of houses, they get bought by people from abroad. It's all about making money.
