I think you can email Samaritans as well as call them, don't know how fast the response is. Do you have another long running thread here?

Good grief. Been here twice before myself and still in the same position that led me to it. Can talk, can advise. SO hard though - for you - I know.

OP if you feel you or your children are in any danger then I urge you to contact the police immediately.

If things are ok then follow the link I posted as they have 3 different methods to contact them. I would also get the gun removed from the house.
