You think there's a whole triangle of yummy, gooey brie waiting for you, you have you're biscuit ready, the knife is poised and then you find there is nothing, absolutely bloody nothing to spread apart from flappy rind, whilst delicious is just not the same.

Anyone that refuses to eat the brie properly is banned from eating any of mine until they learn!

Most of the time I eat it, but it is quite pungent. I prefer it with cranberry sauce. On its own I can taste it in my nose for some bizarre reason.
