I think it all smells of sweat so cant imagine eating any of it. Only like laughing cow cheese - wish I was more cultured..........

Its all gross innards and skin, yuck :)

I love love love Brie all of it and am gutted that as pg I can't go down to the fridge and devour the wheel of Brie that has been there since Christmas
I've been waiting for the right moment to bake it and eat it with some crusty bread but would so prefer it on a cracker.

I think cheap brie has gross plastic tasting skin but good quality brie skin is much more edible.

Have I missed the answer on Port Salut? It's a pain cutting it off but is it wax?
