Fabric toilet seat cover

Friend has a toilet seat cover - on the actual seat not the lid. AIBU or is that gross? I cringed as I half sat / half hovered over it. It is like the fluffy pile cover of a bathroom mat but like all flattened from people sitting on it.

Is it her way of ensuring her DH has good aim? After all, if he has to sit on it for a poo, he's way less likely to piss all over the seat.

My grandma used to have those when we were kids. When my brother was learning to go to the loo by himself he did a poo and somehow missed the bowl and sat in the poo, on the fluffy seat. She got rid of them after that Grin

Hahaha, my ex-MIL (bless her soul) had a shit-brown furry cover on the lav seat for all of the 20ish years I knew her.
I never knew whether she ever took it off to wash it Grin

only today I was remembering the piss soaked cover on the loo lid in a house we once bought - the first thing I did was remove the whole seat and go buy a new one in B&Q. but OMG a loo seat cover is just rank.
