Not all the time, obviously, but, my, it's fine.

Sometimes I crave egg and chips, Yanbu

BornToFolk · 07/09/2013 18:37

Yum! If there's a finer tea, I don't know what it is. Hope you had brown sauce with it.

CreatureRetorts · 07/09/2013 18:38

Slightly runny yolk, dash of pepper, tiny smidge of salt. Crunchy hot chips, ketchup. YANBU!

Longtallsally · 07/09/2013 18:38

YANBU - it's what I make for myself if everyone else goes out, and I can have the run of the cupboards to eat whatever I fancy . . . Smile

LargeLatte · 07/09/2013 18:38

I love it. Nice runny yolk to dip your chips into.

complexnumber · 07/09/2013 18:39

Yuck to eggs, but two out of three ain't bad

Bowlersarm · 07/09/2013 18:39

YANBU.

I'm drooling.

Lonecatwithkitten · 07/09/2013 18:39

My idea of hell. Eggs Bleugh, beans Bleugh chips re just okay.
Only eat eggs in other things, never ever eat beans.

TediousFool · 07/09/2013 18:40

YABU. Beans are evil.

YANBU

But you need a couple of rashers of bacon

BOF · 07/09/2013 18:41

Ah, Kim, but then it starts to get a bit breakfasty. I had sausage and mushrooms for brunch though, so I'm covered.

GingerBlackAndOriental · 07/09/2013 18:42

LOSE the egg and ADD grated mature cheddar cheese.

or

LOSE the egg and beans and ADD grated mature cheddar cheese and homemade coleslaw. Grin

complexnumber · 07/09/2013 18:43

I've only ever seen pictures of gammon steaks with pineapple on them. And even then I'm sure that the pics were from the 1970's.

I know I am missing out.

iklboo · 07/09/2013 18:43

That's a proper tea that is. Sausage, egg & chips also damn fine.

iklboo · 07/09/2013 18:44

Had gammon egg & chips on Friday. Mmmmmmm.

IfAtFirstUDontSucceed · 07/09/2013 18:44

You need a slice of gammon on there too.

That was my tea the night I came home from hospital with brand new DS - I demolished it!

RandallPinkFloyd · 07/09/2013 18:45

Food of the Gods, but only if the beans are in their own separate bowl. You can't have your eggs and/or chips sitting there in the bean juice.

themaltesefalcon · 07/09/2013 18:47

Where are the toast and bacon?

stomps foot

KatyaRachmanova · 07/09/2013 18:48

Mmm, gammon, eggs and chips. Lush.

VaultFullOfTwizzlers · 07/09/2013 18:48

yy to soggy chips. Bit of grated cheese on the egg yolk so it melts.

And possibly all over the chips five minutes before you take them out of the oven.
