How awful. I have a fit if dh clips his nails and the clippings miss the bin! And I'm married to him......... If I were on the bus I could well have heaved .

sorry for thread hijack and I know its unreasonable of me but I am inexplicably driven to distraction by people applying make-up on public transport. There's something really "look at me" about it.

Bit of powder and mascara is ok. But when you see those people ostentatiously applying "come to bed" eyes over the entire course of a 20 minute bus journey complete with 14 coats of mascara... I feel like saying if they have such an elaborate routine they should just set their alarm 10 minutes earlier.
