I'm 99% sure I saw him on the Embankment, near Temple a couple of weeks ago, only he was dressed in summer attire rather than a suit so my little brain couldn't compute quickly enough! He was with a young boy and wiki (fount of all knowledge, oh yes) says he has 2 children.
