You know how call centres record some calls for training purposes? MNHQ should keep this one for training purposes. If so, i think you're just going to have to be brave and sort this out face to face for the sake of your daughter. There must be a reason this woman is spreading rumours - there must be! Grown women don't just call children barts for no reason.

If you're not dyslexic, perhaps you could take the time to write a letter/email to the woman if you're too intimidated to speak to her face. But i think you should check spelling/punctuation/grammar a few times before sending, otherwise it won't be taken seriously i'm afraid.

Also, if this woman is coming up to you in the park and yelling at you, contact the police.

Might be worth speaking to the school, too, to make sure they're aware of this woman's... 'ways'.
