AIBU?
To think this parent was a total hypocrite

A car overtook me on a dangerous bend yesterday and then whizzed off down the road at top speed. As it overtook me I could see a 'Baby on Board' sticker on the back window .
Presume it's only their 'baby on board' whose safety we need to show regard for, everyone else's is fair game.
AIBU to think that if you insist on displaying one of these stickers you should bloody show a bit of courtesy and consideration to other road users as well?

"And "Powered by Fairy Dust" car decals should be made a criminal offence... and eyelashes on cars as well (both fairly common around here)"
I want a pink or silver car with eyelashes and butterflies/birds/hearts .
If i could afford two cars, i would have one, i could not use my "cutie" car at work. She would be my little hunni, for the weekends.

I have heard people explain, in all seriousness, that these signs are to alert other road users to the fact that the driver might become distracted by the children in the car so to be extra careful when driving around them!! Why is it okay to drive unsafely as long as you have warned other drivers that this might be the case .

My MIL used to have a sticker in the back of her car smugly proclaiming "I ALWAYS stick to the speed limit".
Then one day she got pulled over for going over the limit. The police officer could barely contain his glee as he said "Well madam, I think you're going to have to remove that sticker now......"

I think iv missed something here.. I am planning on using a baby on board sign when my baby gets here. I thought the whole idea was to get the person behind you to not follow ridiculously closely, which obviously increases the risk of them going into the back of you. Isn't that a good idea? Why would that make me a nobber?

I'm always glad when I see a baby on board sigh because otherwiseI was going to ram my car into yours and run you off the road. But since you have a baby in the car, I wont.
Fucking stupid.
Eyelashes on cars give me the rage. As do stupid body kits and drainpipe exhausted on your fugly boyracer shitmobile.
