I missed the end of 'The Apprentice', so didn't actually see 'The Board Room', but I agree I may well be being unreasonable...I just don't think so!

I really don't think so. He asked to speak to a man over a woman on the phone, he wouldn't let Natalie use the phone and basically ignored her, he put his hand in Leah's face to stop her talking.

Two men who had majorly contributed towards losing the task were not even considered to be brought back into the Boardroom. One even said he's got away with it.

But why do the female contestants have such dodgy make up?

Hummus - Most of the contestants make me shout at the TV. It's part and parcel of The Apprentice and their unbelievable behaviours is one of the reasons I love the programme (as I don't normally deal with such outrageous characters in my professional or personal life).

This was more to do with Zeeshan's outrageous treatment of the female candidates, not so much his performance.

I'm just at his stinking attitude toward female contemporaries.

I'm so glad he was slapped down on BBC2. He may actually have learned something.

My favourite line of the show was

and they all went with it!!!!
It is UNBELIEVABLE that these people seem to think they are intellingent.

As I mentioned up-thread, I know that shows like this are heavily edited and are done so for sensationalist reasons but my opinion on this particular guy won't be changing any time soon.

Leah was completely unmanageable which is why he wanted to speak to another member of the sub-team.

I think that's a fair point, however, his job was to work out how best to manage his number 2, not to attempt to further alienate her. IMHO
