to feel time poor and cash poor

DH and I work FT and have 2 dc, we live a normal life and yet feel pushed all the time in terms of what we can and can't afford. There is little money for extra's yet we seem to work as much as we can. Of course IANBU but wonder how many others feel this squeeze

Yeah that's probably a factor. I bought my flag ages 21 while I was still at uni - was very fortunate to have a sensible boyfriend (now dh) with savings so it has helped out now as we were able to afford a house that, otherwise, we would have been waiting many more years to get.
