I laughed so hard I had abit of a wee incident.

I recognise it is puerile but then again My humour level is the Inbetweeners...........enough said.

Sooo anyone else tickled by this?

I do GrinGrinGrin

peggotty · 05/04/2013 18:52

Is that when people pretend to trip while holding laarge containers of juice/milk/whatever?

I think it's quite funny but prefer a good kenneth williams oooh matron type puerile double entendre for the childish side of my humour. Obviously my normal humour is dry and sophisticated Wink

GrowSomeCress · 05/04/2013 18:52

I thought it was pretty disgusting, rude, disrespectful and dangerous, which pretty outweights any modicum of humour for me

GrowSomeCress · 05/04/2013 18:54

Just realised how incredibly grumpy that sounded Grin

GilmoursPillow · 05/04/2013 18:55

I hate it. If it's the same one I saw, milk and juice ran under the shelving units, under chiller cabinets and splashed people's clothing.

I bet the 'smashers' never bothered to pay to get everything cleaned up. Angry

practicality · 05/04/2013 18:55

It's the outrageous slapstick nature of it that gets me.

that and all the throughly outraged responses from the Daily Fail commenters

MissSG · 05/04/2013 18:56

I think it's hilarious Grin

CarpeVinum · 05/04/2013 18:58

I'm grumpy too then. Cos our prices are getting silly. Basic milk went up five eurocents one week and another 5 the next.

Don't want more price rises to subsidise some berks youtube based 15 minutes of fame.

And yes I know it's a drop in the ocean, it's just a very tanglible example of the unnecessary waste that helps inch prices higher than they could be.

And I am grumpy.

Grumpy and old.

Possibly about to sprout a tight perm, cat's bum mouth and crimpoline dress.

BoneyBackJefferson · 05/04/2013 19:00

yr 9s thought that it was hilarious for about 20 minutes.

shellbu · 05/04/2013 19:01

funny to watch on you tube , but not funny if done near me and got me splashed :).

WeeBoobs · 05/04/2013 19:04

I feel sorry for all the genuinely nice people who rush to try and help the guy, all worried that he's hurt. It'd serve him right if he broke his arm/leg/back.

Yes, I'm grumpy.

detoxlatte · 05/04/2013 19:20

Not normally a party pooper, but 'fraid this really gets to me.

It's like all those competitions based on gluttony (who can eat the most hot dogs the quickest etc).

In a world (even country, I dare say) where people literally die from hunger, I cannot understand how people can find this funny.

It's so utterly, completely, disrespectful and distasteful.

Sorry, but this is AIBU.

Iactuallydothinkso · 05/04/2013 19:25

Nope I don't get it. Don't find it funny. Just disrespectful and wasteful. It actually annoyed me especially when one of the shop keepers said Oh no not again, it's the second time today.

Twats.

And not in a good way.

trice · 05/04/2013 19:26

Distasteful and disrespectful. Not funny.

Another grump here. Never heard of it so Youtubed it.

Pathetic, wasteful and typical of Western Excess. The culprits would be much improved by having to walk six miles a day in scorching heat to collect their milk.

Bah humbug.

CatelynStark · 05/04/2013 19:40

I'm afraid I'm in the Po Brigade too. I love a bit of slapstick (give me a video of some old dear toppling into a bush anyday) but anything where food is wasted really fucking annoys me.

I even get twitchy on cookery shows - I sit there thinking 'I hope the production crew get to eat that and it doesn't go straight in the bin!' Angry

Plus, I feel sorry for the poor sod who has to clean up after the fuckwits have had their hilarity.

CartedOff · 05/04/2013 19:41

I feel a bit irritated on behalf of all those people trying to help and going out of their way to try and take care of someone who is just playing a prank.

complexnumber · 05/04/2013 19:42

Do not find it remotely funny.

Btw, how old are you OP?

Fairylea · 05/04/2013 19:50

I agree with detoxlatte.

mrscumberbatch · 05/04/2013 19:52

I don't find it funny either. It's a bit sad and attention seeking.

practicality · 05/04/2013 20:42

All those going on about food waste.....how much do you chuck out of your fridge at the end of the week?

I understand the feelings around food waste. I suppose a lot of you are vegan in accordance with maximising yields to feed everyone?

I watched the group of them and for some reason it seemed funnier than the isolated ones on YouTube.

I think the people starving in the world response is a bit sanctimonious if I am honest in response to a few cartons of milk hitting the deck. Anyway what I found funny was the idea that someone dreamed this up and how outrageous it was that they actually did it. It's a sort of cringe mixed with slapstick.

Ah well it is a welcome distraction from the Korean situation.... Smile

I find it absolutely hilarious. My stomach actually hurts from laughing after watching a compilation. It makes me want to be a teenage boy, and as a rule I loathe teenage boys.

Just my humour. But then I'm a dick-head who thought planking was really funny. A twat really.

dayshiftdoris · 05/04/2013 22:24

Oh yeah - hilarious Hmm

Especially when the people rushing to help nearly fall or the prankster pretends to be unable to get up nearly pulling their helper down too.

Pathetic and I am someone who laughed at her own child tripping up a step yesterday

grimbletart · 05/04/2013 22:32

Supposing one of these clots broke their leg - now that would make me laugh. Grin
