nearly 48 Cadbury creme eggs this weekend? I bought a box on friday and they're nearly all gone Blush

benbobaggins · 10/02/2013 22:49

pickled I can't guarantee there'll be any creme eggs left Wink

Bit pathetic to pull out the 'and friends' bollocks.

SilverBaubles33 · 10/02/2013 22:50

Nobody was 'dragging in' dcs to my knowledge; the quickly mathematical of brain who worked out the rate per hour at which the OP consumed the crap 'chocolate' can also deduce that her child may well have observed the orgy given they were going down at two an hour or whatever it was.

Anyway, I have made my unpopular point and am off for a single pre-bed exquisite Godiva praline. In total privacy.

Goodnight!

PickledInAPearTree · 10/02/2013 22:51

OK we will just have to stick to more socially acceptable stuff like Crystal Meth bongs and crack cocaine.

WorraLiberty · 10/02/2013 22:51

No I don't 'know that' Beer because I'm actually not Hmm

I find it shocking that the OP would not discourage anyone she cared about from binge eating...no matter what age they decided to do it at.

I'm quite aware she may not be able to stop that person but to say now she wouldn't even try, is quite shocking IMO

I'm sorry if my opinion doesn't tally with yours, but there's no need to accuse me of 'dragging her DC' into this when she was the one who mentioned him in the first place.

ErikNorseman · 10/02/2013 22:52

That is gross. It shows a worrying lack of self control or moderation. That's not just a binge is it? A binge would be 5 or 6 in a day, not 24. I'm also a 5:2er and I think you are entirely missing the point.

usualsuspect · 10/02/2013 22:53

Someone always says I feel sorry for your children on AIBU,It's the law.

benbobaggins · 10/02/2013 22:53

cor blimey, you'll give the pearl clutchers a heart attack! Crack cocaine?! Grin

Hmm

I'd rather a healthy attitude to food, worra. And for me, if that means a once in a blue moon binge, then what the hell.

Pretty sure that, like me, OP would step in if she believed it to be a problem. LIKEWISE, if she was a regular binge eater, I doubt OP would have posted so jovially about a binge on here.

usualsuspect · 10/02/2013 22:55

Yep,big mistake to post this in AIBU,where posters are waiting to pounce and feel sorry for your children.

WorriedMummy73 · 10/02/2013 22:55

I saw a 'I feel sorry for your children' on another thread earlier and I had to sit on my hands to stop myself typing 'House! I win!'.

WorraLiberty · 10/02/2013 22:55

And no I didn't say I feel sorry for the OP's children...why would I?

Time to leave the thread now as it seems anyone who disagrees with the OP is having their words twisted to suit others who agree with her.

PickledInAPearTree · 10/02/2013 22:57

We did get a First World as well did not one see.

usualsuspect · 10/02/2013 22:57

No need to bring her kids into it at all,she never mentioned them in her OP.

benbobaggins · 10/02/2013 22:57

I didn't bring my boy into this thread someone else did, he's thriving and does have treats, yes I should have posted in chat, I'd forgotten how much of a battle ground aibu is

OP posts:
FrothyDragon · 10/02/2013 22:57

I missed the "First World"? I need to start spending more time on here...

SilverBaubles33 · 10/02/2013 22:59

Worra, have one of my Godivas. Just one, mind you.

It will restore you to a place where 'healthy attitude' ' blue moon binge' and all-out uncontrolled stuffing g of almost 48 creme eggs are not interchangeable concept.

Well at least all this typing will work a bit of the eggage off your fingers!

WorraLiberty · 10/02/2013 23:01

usual the OP answered a post and stated what she did about her child...therefore it was fair to comment on because she stated something about her child that I questioned.

Honest to God some people really need to read what's written before their eyes instead of accusing others of bringing the OP's kids into things.

I didn't do that and nor would I.

ErikNorseman · 10/02/2013 23:02

Beertricks you are so wrong :) I've every intention of doing IF long term. I won't stick with 4/3 forever, once I am at goal I will drop to 5/2 or 6/1. I find it extremely easy to fast and it is a perfect way for me to manage my weight. It is a fad in that it is recently popular but that doesn't mean it's unsustainable.

CheeseAndMushroomToastie · 10/02/2013 23:02

I reaaaaaaalllllyy want a creme egg now, but I've brushed my teeth Hmm
