I messaged her/him with some nice links too! Bloody troll-dar must be off. I blame being sick.

I offered to make her a tiara :(

BUT I am still glad that I did that JUST IN CASE it had been a genuine person needing some love.

The can see the IP address of the poster (even if they have a new account). It could have been a known troll.

Or sometime people on other forums decide to "invade" us. They might be able to see loads of people coming from a link on another forum ("Hairy truckers unite" or whatever!)

Ooh, the 'invasion' thing makes sense. "hey let's go and post about innocuous subjects that really upset the girlies" type thing.

Posts on "how to spot a troll" can easily turn into "how to be a better troll", so it's best not to go into it too much.

You can do mea tiara any time. I like to wear my wedding one when I am just around the house doing vacuuming and that. I could probably do with a housework tiara tbh.
