to think its not worth going to bed

i have been up since 7am, so have been up for 22 hours and 18 minutes. DS will be up between 6am- 7am.

not really any point for 50 minutes to 1hour 50 minutes Max. I can not sleep.

blimey thought i was bad, i have had 2 hours and am going to try and get one more in, are you normally an insomniac? or is there something else? sympathies in any case

Not sure. I don't feel tired.

after 6 years of broken sleep i have learnt to cope.

yeah there's broken,then there's none! Don't know how you do it, maybe just lie down with your eyes shut and rest? I would take the hour over none any day! saying that,better crash while i can. night/morning :)

Shock, surely it's not possible to stay awake that long and if you do you'll crash out from exhaustion. Please make some time to sleep today, as this can be quite dangerous.

Yes be careful. If driving some insurance companies invidate insurance if you awake more than 24hrs. I would have a family nap later

got 2 hours if i am lucky to get some sleep. So advice please sleep tablets would they work

DH will come home from work around 1pm and i will go to bed then, after going swimming

How come you have trouble sleeping if you don't mind me asking? Just wondering if you have any tips, not trying to be nosey

i think its becaue i have got used to not having sleep. I am always awake.

DS was a difficult baby and he never slept and i was waiting for that magical moment when he would sleep all night, he is 6 and it's a hot and miss if he do.

the upside is that i have loads of hours to kill, so tonight i have did all the housework and batched cooked a few meals

I have had no sleep either. Had awful stomach cramps, then started vomiting etc. Seems to of calmed down now, although stomach still aches but the eldest will be up in just over an hour :( and got 2 kids to deal with, 1 being a poorly 17 month old too, on my own today.

I've been up since 7 as well, ds3 woke up at 3.45 so I'm hoping he will go back down for a few hours soon and I can grab a few hours then
