I just find sleeping difficult, can't blame kids because mine are adults. I might be lucky and get 4-5 hours tonight or I might struggle again. It's just become part of life.

Thank you. I feel like shit, and I don't cope well on no sleep myself all the meds I am on for my health don't help!! so I feel sorry for my two being stuck with me today...

Hope you manage some sleep soon!

4 hours has become the norm for me (DS2 has ASD and a shocking sleeper).

Good morning anyway. I hope you get some rest later. Smile

Decided I might as well hit the supermarket to do the weekly shop early.

Sorry to keep bumping this thread.

DH has booked some time off work and has bought me some sleeping tablets. He is worried that I am having hardly any sleep.

So should I take the tablets or not.

I would take meds, then Brew, then bed. Good luck for a good nights sleep.

Why not try them. Have you also considered a relaxation recording. Acupuncture is also supposed to be helpful I have heard.

Going to take them after getting a few things done like uniforms ect.

Feeling wide awake, so a DVD and warm drink then off to bed for me.
