To hate being told " no worries!"

I am getting increasingly irritated with casual familiarity from shop assistants/waiters etc. and before any one complains I've been in service industries for many years so am not saying I don't welcome friendliness...it's just disrespect I don't like..this includes being called " guys" when I'm with femal friend, being told its ok or " no worries" when I say I don't want a bag/ loyalty card etc..I know it's alright!!! I'm the bloody customer!! Being asked "are you sure" in response to previous reply etc.. But my biggest bug bear, instead of "can I Help you" which is lovely..is "Are you alright there?"..to that one I long to say "yes I'm fine here, but when I stand over there I go all funny"!
