So, Kate Who-Is-She is pregnant with twins, non-identical, girl and boy, and Call Me Dave will change the accession to the throne laws. But The Establishment still wants a male heir so they will make Kate Who-Is-She have an ultrasound-cum-cs and pluck the boy child out first so It Will Be King, even though the girl child would have been born first.

That's what will happen. In my mind.
