I went to park near the school & their is this women who for a few days now has ranted at me not at me in the car, today she hooted her horn at me so i would move out of the way the road is not marked for her space & this is abusive and should not be tolerated behind the wheel. she gives me the evils. I just ignored her in a rage i was took her number plate And was going to report her to the military police. I am not the type of person to confront people and why should I move her space is not marked.

i dont think hooting a horn is abusive...offically it just means 'i am here'

You don't live near me do you? There's a woman across the road who gives me 'evils' because I park outside her house Hmm It could be the same woman. We could both duff her up ask her to stop Grin

"Army houses don't come with parking spaces"..... Erm OP all of our Army quarters have had at least one parking space, we've even had a couple of drives.

I've got a pretty good idea where you mean, and no, those houses don't have designated spaces per se, but even there you tend to find that people courteously allow space for the people that live there because it's the only option they, as residents have..

Having lived near a school it's a pain in the ass not being able to get anywhere near your house (or in my case in my designated space) because lazy people try to park as close to the school as possible instead of walking or parking somewhere that doesn't inconvenience other people.

Part of me thinks YABU to repeatedly park directly outside someone else's house, a little consideration on your part wouldn't go amiss either and you're only picking up children and don't even get out of the car - you might be forcing her to drag an entire supermarket shop up the road because you wanted to park as close to the school as you could get.

I think we should definitely invade, EVILS are a serious matter! Shock

If she beeps and gives you evils then ignore her - a smile and a wave would miss her off more.

If she is physically or verbally abusive then contact the mp.
