To think this woman's children haven't a chance?

And that she shouldn't have been spared a jail sentence?

DM sorry

Care isn't something that I would want any child to have to be out through and she may be a caring and wonderful mother to them unlikely if she is heavily drinking, smoking and kicking people while pg but kids should not be a get out of jail free card for anyone surely?

Disgusting behaviour, whether she has children or not.

If I was the judge all of them involved would have went to jail.

Poor children who will most likely grow up thinking this is normal Sad

GhostofMammaTJ · 01/11/2012 10:52

Shame for her unborn baby she wasn't jailed, she wouldn't be able to drink in prison!!

mollymole · 01/11/2012 10:57

Such a pity people like this can't be 'put down' as one would a dangerous dog.

gordyslovesheep · 01/11/2012 11:13

fuck me Molly are you serious! Well fire up the gas chambers

back on earth - I think it is worrying that the children still live with her and her current partner who has convictions for domestic abuse

those kids are surely at risk :(

FreakySnuckerCupidStunt · 01/11/2012 11:15

What a ridiculous comment molly

ChaosTrulyReigns · 01/11/2012 11:17

Bloody hell, mollymole.

Please could you reconsider that staetment?

TBH I'm surprised the Pakistani community don't go back and kick the shit out of them.

When the courts won't protect you these communities don't have much other choice.

KitKatGirl1 · 01/11/2012 11:19

I agree her children really would be better off with someone else.

However what upsets me most about this case is the fact that someone making a totally unprovoked and horrific racist attack can get away with it so lightly - it sends a horrible, horrible message.

SHRIIIEEEKPoolingBearBlood · 01/11/2012 11:23

Presumably social services are involved with the family? Can only be amatter oftimw before she loses her kids surely

Shakey1500 · 01/11/2012 11:25

They should all be imprisoned. What a scumbag and disgrace of a human being. Boils my blood.

SouthernComforts · 01/11/2012 11:30

People like her are the scum of the earth. That poor man and her poor children.
I really hope social services are involved.

Iodine · 01/11/2012 11:34

I don't understand why no one helped him. Everyone is just stood there watching.

Partypartyrings · 01/11/2012 11:44

I agree Iodine

I know there are all sorts of reasons why people don't rush in to stop these situations, fear being a very strong one- but at least have the decency to look a bit distressed/surprised/worried at what you're witnessing?

Some of the people in the photographs are quite literally loitering around with their hands in their pockets. Wft? Why?

OK, they're not the real criminals here, but those photos did surprise me.

MrsBethel · 01/11/2012 11:45

Bloody judges in this country are a disgrace. She should be in prison.

Since when was having kids a get out of jail free card?

Mrsjay · 01/11/2012 11:46
Charliefarlie1192 · 01/11/2012 12:14

People not helping is called diffusion of responsibility, basically everyone thinks someone else will help and so don't

Softlysoftly · 01/11/2012 12:16

I'd like to point out I want her to serve justice not face a firing squad. I also disagree the community should fight back tit for tat won't help relations.

The pictures shocked me too Iodine the hands in pocket like watching a street performance Shock

digerd · 01/11/2012 13:29

I was horrified at the brutality and mentality of her too, and her sentence by the judge. Then, I felt dismayed for her children.

differentnameforthis · 02/11/2012 08:54

Kinda agree with molly here. Between her & her boyfriend they have 21 convictions, many for violence. If an animal was that violent, the people would be calling for it to be destroyed, she has acted no better than an animal.

Proudnscary · 02/11/2012 09:00

The Nazis believed in 'putting people down' - it's really not something that anyone in a civilised society should think or say no matter what the provocation. Jesus.

This woman is a disgrace and I am very, very sorry for her children.

I am surprised social services haven't removed them or am I being naive?

KelperRose · 02/11/2012 09:04

This is shocking but what is more shocking is the fact that The Judge probably spared her a prison sentence because he holds the same views as she did about the person she was attacking

KelperRose · 02/11/2012 09:08

and Social Services often step in when there is a hint of a parent being 'not a good mother'/father

This is surely a case where you have to go 'are the children really better off with her'?

mollymole · 02/11/2012 12:30

I do not really want people 'putting down' but what I am trying to say ( in not a very good way) is what can be done about people like this who are obviously not fit to live in a civilised society but are being enabled by the judiciary in our country.

CocoPopsAddict · 02/11/2012 12:48

In that case mollymole, I agree with the sentiment that people like this should be removed from society, as they are not fit to live in it like a normal, civilised person. She should have been imprisoned. And clearly she'd rather drink and beat people up than look after her kids, so they should not still be living with her.
