Should never, ever, be called 'Man berries'?

They aren't berries! They are nuts, balls, gonads, Love sacks. They don't look like berries, they don't act like berries and if they begin to resemble berries i would be suggesting strongly that DH visited the doctor.

Why then has Ann Summers decided to call them 'Man Berries' on the back of their sex toy octopus?

And why do their sex toys have to look like an animal?

I've never met a testicle that resembled a berry.

WorraLiberty · 18/09/2012 18:02

Wait, run that by me again.

A sex toy 'Octopus'? Shock Grin

Oh and YANBU

Petsinmypudenda · 18/09/2012 18:02

Man berries sounds more like piles!

Binkyridesagain · 18/09/2012 18:06

I can understand plums they do have a plummy look about them.

OP posts:
SillyBeardyDaddyman · 18/09/2012 18:07

I have heard the whole area referred to as "twig and berries"...

Numberlock · 18/09/2012 18:07

1944 as in the classic Sid the Sexist line 'get your gums round my plums'

Binkyridesagain · 18/09/2012 18:07

Piles could be what they are referring to, I can't imagine it being very stimulating having an octopus rubbed on them though.

OP posts:
WorraLiberty · 18/09/2012 18:07

I agree they do sound more like piles!

HecateHarshPants · 18/09/2012 18:08

sex octopus?

WorraLiberty · 18/09/2012 18:09

On a tangent but...

There was a film on the other week and when DH pressed the 'i' on the remote to read the synopsis, it said... "Warning, strong language, violence and scenes of live octopus ingestion" Confused

SillyBeardyDaddyman · 18/09/2012 18:11

Oldboy?

Numberlock · 18/09/2012 18:12

Excellent Worra! I'm off to google what that film was, if that's what he's into good for him!

WorraLiberty · 18/09/2012 18:16

Haha! He didn't watch it Numberlock just read the synopsis Shock Grin

squeakytoy · 18/09/2012 18:17

I was once having a chinese meal with my MIL, and after a drink or two or maybe a few more during pudding, I mentioned that eating lychees was like having a mouth full of bollocks.

She choked on her banana fritter... Grin Blush

GilbGeekette · 18/09/2012 18:18

Argh - I've yet to get over Oldboy. It made me vomit. DH is now VERY cautious with films he suggests watching.

WorraLiberty · 18/09/2012 18:19

Oh I just Googled it and realised SillyBeardy had it right with 'Oldboy'

Sorry I ignored you....I thought your reply was to the OP and 'Oldboys' are what you call your testicles Blush

Numberlock · 18/09/2012 18:19

Entendu, Worra. Wink

Numberlock · 18/09/2012 18:21

Anyone else pronounce it testiclés à la Emily Howard off of Little Britain?

JarethTheGoblinKing · 18/09/2012 18:22

Can someone link to the sex octopus?

(there's something I'd never thought I'd day)

Maat · 18/09/2012 18:23

I think they resemble Kiwi fruits to be honest.

Piles have always been a bunch of grapes.

SillyBeardyDaddyman · 18/09/2012 20:39
