like "jeffing" and "sugar"?

And when people star out swearwords too, such as f**k.

Really, what is the point of all this bollocks? Everyone knows what you mean when you star it out! And you've obviously thought the word in your head already as no-one thinks in starred out words.

It must take more effort to think "shit" and type "sugar" (one extra keystroke for a start) and to convert "fucking" into "jeffing"!

So can we all just grow the fuck up and say what we mean?

WilsonFrickett · 16/08/2012 19:17

But I like 'what in the name of actual jeff' so yes, you are being fucking unreasonable you cuntybaws.

Petsinmyolympicpudenda · 16/08/2012 19:20

Poor jeff, what has he ever done to deserve his name being a substitute for Fuck

Wont somebody think of the Jeff

EmpressOfTheSevenFlames · 16/08/2012 19:21

What a wankbadger.

CrispyCod · 16/08/2012 19:21

Tee2072 · 16/08/2012 19:22

Well then don't fucking use them!

My brother's name is Jeff. He think it's hysterical that he's a swear word.

But he's a fucking cunt badger.

FasterHigherBeardierDaddyman · 16/08/2012 19:22

Argh! All that extra and wasted effort!

You need to embrace the endorphin rush that's released when you swear properly!

CUNT! SHIT! WANK! ARSE!

Captain American does not swear! ::scandalized::

Isaidhangonamin · 16/08/2012 19:35

My ex is Jeff so I think it is entirely appropriate......

SirBoobAlot · 16/08/2012 19:41

You are being entirely fucking unreasonable.

Making up swearwords is fun. You bastardly boring old bitch.

FasterHigherBeardierDaddyman · 16/08/2012 19:41

I've never known a Jeff so I can't apply it to a person. I've known a couple of Daves who were proper cunts, but I just referred to them as big cunty Dave and skinny wankstain Dave. Never Jeff.

OP posts:
FasterHigherBeardierDaddyman · 16/08/2012 19:45

SirBoob making up swears is fun, but only with the people who are in on the joke. What's better is applying swears to existing words, especially animal names!

Wankbadger.

Fuckpig.

Arsemonkey.

I always think of Jeff Vadar when people use it.

Nothing wrong with a nice big cunt now and then. Our language is rich and beautiful, do it the courtesy of swearing properly.

AllYoursBabooshka · 16/08/2012 19:47

I farking love the flipping things.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 16/08/2012 19:49

Sugar. That's what my mum used to say in front of us kids if she dropped or broke something. Better than swearing in front of children, I think myself. Or you might say it if you knock something over in front of your boss.

Swearing all the time makes you look ignorant.

SiriuslyFOTM · 16/08/2012 19:52

Swearing is a really important part of one's life. It would be impossible to imagine going through life without swearing and without enjoying swearing... There used to be mad, silly, prissy people who used to say swearing was a sign of a poor vocabulary -such utter nonsense. The people I know who swear the most tend to have the widest vocabularies and the kind of person who says swearing is a sign of a poor vocabulary usually have a pretty poor vocabulary themselves... The sort of twee person who thinks swearing is in any way a sign of a lack of education or a lack of verbal interest or -is just a fucking lunatic... I haven't met anybody who's truly shocked at swearing, really, they're only shocked on behalf of other people. Well, you know, that's preposterous... or they say 'it's not necessary'. As if that should stop one doing it! It's not necessary to have coloured socks, it's not necessary for this cushion to be here, but is anyone going to write in and say 'I was shocked to see that cushion there, it really wasn't necessary'? No, things not being necessary is what makes life interesting -the little extras in life.

FasterHigherBeardierDaddyman · 16/08/2012 19:54

I don't swear all the time! Shock just most of the time, but seeing as how I wear a tweed jacket and spectacles I never look ignorant Grin

Frickett is short for fuckitanfrickett, the cuss of choice chez Wilson. See how she blends the accepted vernacular of the anglo-saxon with an unexpected soupcon of American jock-ese, rounding the whole with a flavoursome fricasse of fricatives...
