DD and DGC's age 3 and 2 weeks were on the bus using a pushchair/papouse type thingy on the way to my house. She Can't drive as she had a CS 2 weeks ago.Strange woman got eye contact and said 'Your DS is too old to be in a pushchair.DD said that she was only 2 weeks post CS and it was easier to put both kids in the pushchair. However, strange woman said 'If you let him use that pushchair for much longer,he'll end up like my brother'.DD said 'What, lazy?'Strange woman said 'No G.A.Y.' Yep she spelled it.So ther you go.Oh and she managed a conversation on he BBerry simultaneously.

Stange woman is vair strange.

Ignore and chalk up as the random strange person of the D.A.Y.

valiumredhead · 09/08/2012 20:52

Riiiiiiight!

chinam · 09/08/2012 20:53

Stupid mare - her not you

McHappyPants2012 · 09/08/2012 20:53

Very strange, ds aged 6 goes into dd aged 3 buggy now and again ( we only really use it now on long days out) its handy to put all the junk on lol.

EduStudent · 09/08/2012 20:53

Shit, you better let the DAily Fail know. Imagine how many children will catch it if their feckless parents aren't told Shock

maras2 · 09/08/2012 20:54

Just realised I've posted in AIBU.So AIBU to think that 1(she was odd) and 2(you can't catch the gay).

Wonderful! I have three DC and would be ovewhelmed if I had too many GC in the future. So do I put DS age 5 back in a buggy to make him G.A.Y and less likely to give me any?

LynetteScavo · 09/08/2012 20:59

YABU to let your DD travel on the bus to visit you with 2 small DC 2 weeks post CS.

McHappyPants2012 · 09/08/2012 21:00

You can catch the gay you can also get cooties and if you swallow an apple pip an apple tree will grow in your belly

Cherriesarelovely · 09/08/2012 21:04

That is hilarious! Funnily enough I am G.A.Y. and the only pic my parents have of me as a baby is in a pushchair....ooooooooooh!

maras2 · 09/08/2012 21:04

Conclusive proof there, Cherries. I withdraw my stupid mare comment Grin

iklboo · 09/08/2012 21:07

Is a well known (FIL) fact that if DS doesn't watch / play football he'll end up 'one of them' .

Cherriesarelovely · 09/08/2012 21:09

Still laughing about it! Reminds me of the thread ages ago where a woman took her DD into Boots. The little girl had a black baby doll in a toy pushchair. The woman at the till said to the mum "you shouldn't let her have that....it's racialistic"!

fuzzpig · 09/08/2012 21:09

Maybe baby wearers/sling users have actually known this scientific fact for years and are actually homophobes?

:o

Cherriesarelovely · 09/08/2012 21:10

Grin

Get stuffed, yourself, maras2, I know nothing about your family, except your DD had a CS two weeks ago, which was totally irrelevant to the rest of the story.

Sheesh!

Cherriesarelovely · 09/08/2012 21:11

you know what I mean! Pressed the wrong buttons!

MikeLitorisRings · 09/08/2012 21:15

Of course you catch the GAY.

Just like my ds passed his dyslexia to his friend in his school.

Hmm

(Ds heard that from his best friends dad Angry )

Ilovedaintynuts · 09/08/2012 21:18

I was still in a buggy at 4 and I think Jessica Ennis has a lovely bum. Must be true.

Mrsjay · 09/08/2012 21:25

and also if you let them hug you they will get the GAY too Grin some folk are just ignorant it scares me how much ,

fuzzpig · 09/08/2012 21:25

Shock mike

fuzzpig · 09/08/2012 21:26

Wait... my DS still uses a buggy sometimes (nearly 3) but even worse, he actually loves taking his toy buggy on the bus. Clearly I should start flying the rainbow flag now! :)
