The trypophobia thing gives me real nightmares, something similar was on a fb page recently (rescue dogs ears so full of tics all you could see we're those things on top of each other) reminded me of trypophobia, haven't slept properly for a few days because of it. I'm a freak though :)

I used to look at gore websites a few years ago when I was terribly terribly depressed, I have no idea why , I think I desensitised myself a bit. I never click on links now, because I don't think being that desensitised is very healthy for the soul.

The gore obsession came along with a few real life experiences of death which I think caused me to seek it out, to demystify death a bit. But obviously it doesn't help, what has been seen cannot be unseen.

Oh Jesus H Christ, I just looked at that best gore site (didn't click), my children are now banned from the internet forever, seriously, nothing good will ever come of it.

I googled Borderline Personality Disorder straight after my diagnosis 2 years ago. Big Mistake. I actually ended up feeling suicidal - seriously there are some nasty people with really bad attitudes towards Borderline sufferers out on t'interweb.

Now I can see the funny side - one man's site should be renamed 'I hate my ex who happens to possibly have BPD therefore people with BPD are evil bastards who will Destroy Your Lives!!!!'
Anyone with BPD who messaged his s(h)ite saying 'but i'm not actually a bad person' was told that they were 'deluded'.
I would say that if you have any Mental Health problems just stick to the 'MIND' website unless you want to get very very paranoid.

Also if you have Jewish relatives & want to research the Holocaust... watch out for the nasty Anti-Semitic sites like 'JewWatch' (unintentionally hilarious - yes i did look - pays to know your enemies!); also watch out for any nasty Revisionist History sites.
