now I know it's the olympics this year but surely union flags do not need to be printed on every single product

I mean, they are on pampers ffs???

Andrex toilet roll has the union flag on the packaging Hmm

The advert about the jubilee with 'My Granny remembers ...' always amuses me. My Grandma used to sing 'A Soldier's Song' to me when I was a baby. She didn't do clebrations for royal coronations, weddings etc. Neither did my mother. Neither do I.

Ah thank God for huggies :)

Me and DH were trying to work out what would be the worst things to have union jacks on them, we decided tampons would be pretty awful. Haven't seen any yet thankfully. Nappies are pretty bad though.

What else would be really inappropriate with the flag on?

Was it Boston Legal or Ally McBeal that had the Patriot condoms in? They were representing a client whose stock had been seized by customs for being obscene. They had the US flag on and a tiny microchip in so they played the Star Spangled Banner on ejaculation.

That would be inappropriate ^
