Ha ha - I knew this was going to be about Pampers. DH (Australian) bought some specially for DS as he likes the idea of DS shitting on the union flag while Australia beat us in the Olympics. We shall see.

YABVU. Finally, finally we seem to have reclaimed the flag from the hideous BNP. The union flag was starting to look like a fascist symbol, so I think it's lovely to see if everywhere. It's a great flag too. That said, I won't be buying any aprons/kipling fancies/cat scarves but I do like to see it everywhere.

YANBU. Fine, if people are interested in sport then buy Olympic tickets or see events on the TV. But let the rest of us escape! Why does sport get away with pushing itself at us all so much, when no other hobby/pastime would get away with it? I'm getting a bit fed up of the Olympics already and they haven't even started yet...

I also saw an Audi TT (a car I would love) with some Union Jack wing mirror covers. I was horrified as anyone who puts something like that on their car doesn't deserve to drive an Audi TT!
