....Jet wash a 15 year old, well is it?
Because DS1 has not had a shower all week and short of getting a gas mask I am at a loss, I have told him if he is not in the shower in the very near future then it is the garden and the jet wash for him Grin

DISCLAIMER No 15 year olds were harmed in this post!

well, his bedding is probably a bit rank after not showering all week. you could do both jobs in one.

I hear buckets are quite cheap at b and q...

Honeydragon · 17/02/2012 20:06

Jet wash all the paint off his war hammer, if he can't be clean all his belongings will?

GrahamTribe · 17/02/2012 20:07

Pressure hose in the garden or garage car wash? Cos if it's the latter you might encounter decency charges but in the privacy of your own garden, well, who's to know? Wink Grin

Sirzy · 17/02/2012 20:08

As one of his female friends to mention there is an odd smell... he will soon be in the shower!

roisin · 17/02/2012 20:09

My 14 yr-old is similar.
We usually resort to preparing a meal he really likes, then telling him lunch will be ready at (say) noon, but you need to have a shower before you join us.

RabidEchidna · 17/02/2012 20:10

Spray him with perfume.

No way will he want to smell like a girl.

LydiaWickham · 17/02/2012 20:19

do it, do it, do it! (I might not be the most responsible person you could ask).

YY to getting a girl tell him he smells bad.

RabidEchidna · 17/02/2012 20:20

Sneak in to his room in th night, pour raw egg on his air and spray floral perfume on his neck and back.

He'll HAVE to wash.

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 17/02/2012 20:33

WIBU to use my new Polti steam cleaner on my ds15? It has worked wonders on my oven, and surely it would only remove the top few layers of skin?

LOLerskates · 17/02/2012 20:43

Perfume idea is genius :D

RabidEchidna · 17/02/2012 20:53

Threaten to post on his Facebook wall if he doesn't get in the shower.

SecretNutellaFix · 17/02/2012 21:04

you need a plunge pool in the garden. About ten feet deep, filled to 6ft depth with water and push him in. He gets a rope ladder sent down when he has washed thoroughly. Repeat daily for the next three years.

startail · 17/02/2012 21:06

Could you do DH too please. He simply forgets.

RabidEchidna · 17/02/2012 22:07

shemademedoit · 17/02/2012 22:35

Sometimes I resort to putting a dollop of shampoo into my sons dry hair so he had no choice but to go have a shower. Blush
