I am in a travelodge on a diet. I carefully measured my food for the day and have been really good. Now I'm bored, hungry and craving chocolate. Shall I go on a chocolate hunt?

Yes Smile

Sparklingbrook · 03/01/2012 19:49

No. You are on a diet. Angry

justaphasejustaphase · 03/01/2012 19:49

Of course, don't even think about.

The exercise you will get going for the chocolate negates any calories consumed Grin

oflip · 03/01/2012 19:49

Travelodge..
get some chocolate right this very minute, now.

Sparklingbrook · 03/01/2012 19:49

What about breakfast? Will you have to go to the Little Chef? Shock

ChaosTrulyReigns · 03/01/2012 19:50

Can you come and fetch some from here, please?

I have baskets of the stuff.

No lie.

mrspepperpotty · 03/01/2012 19:50

Don't do it OP!

slavetofilofax · 03/01/2012 19:51

Judging by my last stay in a travelogue where the shower didn't even work properly, you need chocolate.

Sparklingbrook · 03/01/2012 19:51

Where is the nearest chocolate? It's really cold and windy outside anyway.

slavetofilofax · 03/01/2012 19:52

Why on earth would auto correct change travelodge to travelogue?? Sorry.

Pascha · 03/01/2012 19:52

I was in a (nasty) travelodge on saturday night. For that very reason I think you need chocolate to get you through til morning. Obviously you won't be able to fetch Chao's pile so I will be PMing her my address instead.

RockStockAndTwoOpenBottles · 03/01/2012 19:54

Yes. Really, though, do you need to ask. Follow your gut instinct.....

bucketbetty · 03/01/2012 19:55

DON'T DO IT OP!!!!! I've just eaten a whole box, yes a whole box (a little one not a big one - I'm not that greedy) of maltesers - the guilt is overwhelming. It's not worth it. Do 100 sit ups instead to keep you occupied until bed time. Grin

SarahStratton · 03/01/2012 19:56

Chaos, send it to me, I will pay the postage.

Sparklingbrook · 03/01/2012 19:56

No. No. No. You have been good all day. If after 7 days you have still been good you can have chocolate, a square of Dairy Milk. You know it makes sense.

GwendolineMaryLacey · 03/01/2012 19:56

Yes, travelodges are very bad for the soul and you need at least chocolate to get you through in tact.

Pascha · 03/01/2012 19:56

She's in a travelodge betty! Don't make her compound the misery by asking her to exercise as well as forgo chocolate Shock Have some compassion!

usualsuspect · 03/01/2012 19:57

go for it , if you are near a co op they were selling selection boxes for 75p today Grin

StealthPolarBear · 03/01/2012 19:57

My gut has a lot of instinct and it alwys sems to involve chocolate, cheese or pasta. That's the problem!
Slave thanks for reminding me to check the shower instead of having to wander round in a towel at 6am like last time.
This travelodge seems nice. Last fee times I've stayed in one nearby that felt like being in a horror film.
Think I won't go, but only because I cba not because I have willpower

OP posts:
Pascha · 03/01/2012 19:58

Is there not a vending machine in reception then?

ObviouslyOblivious · 03/01/2012 19:59

The last travelogue I stayed in had an ice cream vending machine. Yum.

Sparklingbrook · 03/01/2012 19:59

Oi Pascha. Angry At the Premier Inn those vending machines have condoms in. Ds2 (9) told me so.

StealthPolarBear · 03/01/2012 20:00

[Blocks usualsuspect]
Think ill have another black cofffee oh that will be a treat. I might as well exercise, it usually makes me miserable but I am chocolate less so may as well be.
Waaail
