I bought some CDs for my son for Christmas on amazon and they've just arrived.
I ordered four from the same person, and three out of the four are not what I asked for. I actually don't mind too much, they're from the same series and he'll enjoy them anyway, except that two of them are the same.
I contacted the seller explaining that I don't mind keeping three of them, but I'd like the fourth exchanged for one of the titles I actually ordered.
They've written back saying that they don't do exchanges, but if I return the CD by recorded delivery at my own expense they would be willing to give me a partial refund minus delivery.
AIBU to think that's really unfair? Especially since I've been so easy going about the mess up with the titles.
