Ok I kind of understand it but all the @'s and _'s and seeing what someone has replied but not the original post makes my eyes and head hurt!

I love the banter and all the interesting links that people post. I agree, some slebs are very dull and just do self-promotion but some are witty and interesting and will engage with you.

The very best tweeters IMO (appart from MNers, obv) are comedians and journalists.

I also think you need to follow loads of people to see how it works and get some information/entertainment out of it.

I am addicted to twitter. I think it's hilarious, I love it for local news/chat and for general banter. And if you haven't watched x factor whilst tweeting you aint lived.

I don't follow slebs, I follow normal people and some mumsnetters Grin

I go under the handle of alistron1 funnily enough.
