To think DB should replace the cake he thrusted at?

It was freshly baked and now it's splattered all over the floor. DB says he's skint and can't afford to get me a new one but the kids are expecting the cake when they get in. AIBU to tell him to find the money and buy us one?

"blinking rapidly"

Your brother had sex with a cake and now you want a new one?

Uh-ha

wahwahwah · 17/10/2011 15:14

what's to 'thrust at' and why would you do it to a cake?

Putrifyno · 17/10/2011 15:15

I wouldn't trust him in the bakers, personally!

FetchezLaVampire · 17/10/2011 15:15

Was he channelling Jim in American Pie?

whattodoo · 17/10/2011 15:15

I hope he's cleaned up the mess

GsyGacheFiend · 17/10/2011 15:16

Grin troisgarcons,

I don't know what lead your DB to thrust a cake OP, but YANBU he should get you a new one.

LaurieFairyCake · 17/10/2011 15:16

If your brother lives with you and has sex with cakes in front of you, you have bigger problems than your children living cakeless.

hth.

Georgimama · 17/10/2011 15:16

Are Hully and her friends having a competition to start the maddest AIBU thread? Every thread I've glanced at in the last five minutes has been bonkers.

I think we should be told....

melika · 17/10/2011 15:16

What ya mean, 'thrusted'?Hmm

AMumInScotland · 17/10/2011 15:17

I thought apple pies were the normal V-substitute rather than sponges. Not enough resistance to be much fun, I'd have thought?

melika · 17/10/2011 15:18

Yak!

Pandemoniaa · 17/10/2011 15:20

I suppose if you fill a sponge with a robust enough buttercream mixture then perhaps it might make some sort of V-substitute.

confusedpixie · 17/10/2011 15:20

I'd be a bit concerned if I had a brother who thrusted at cakes...

troisgarcons · 17/10/2011 15:21

It adds a whole new dimention to cream cakes being naughty but nice

eurochick · 17/10/2011 15:21

What the fuckity???

troisgarcons · 17/10/2011 15:22

I'd suggest putting it in a bowl but you probably wouldnt want to trifle with it Grin

picnicbasketcase · 17/10/2011 15:24

Do you also have a husband who ejaculates over your college asssignments?

TechnoViking · 17/10/2011 15:25

Did he give it a creampie?

stepawayfromtheecclescakes · 17/10/2011 15:26

all together now ' I was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar... when I mitmoo' or rather is this yet another weird thread like so many others today?

Tequilamockinbat · 17/10/2011 15:27

YABU for letting the kids expect cake when they get in Smile

OTheHugeWerewolef · 17/10/2011 15:35

Are we with cow? Are we? Are we?

MrsPennySworth · 17/10/2011 15:36

Bet the kids eat jam sandwiches for lunch too! Tut!

stepawayfromtheecclescakes · 17/10/2011 15:36

I think the OP meant to write "throwed" as they are not very bright
