Just reading through another thread and found someone whose name is incredibly similar to mine. Am now feeling a bit put out! AIBU?
It's the Halloween name thread by the way. If anyone not on their phone can work out if she's been here longer than me please do tell and I'll get back in my box!

Unrelated to your question but due to your thread title I fancy some cake now Grin

Hardgoing · 05/10/2011 23:44

Bela, I also thought the same. One track mind.

Moodykat · 05/10/2011 23:45

Oh tits! It's late! Can I delete this thread now out of shame at the spelling mistake? Blush

Northernlurker · 05/10/2011 23:46

I came on to ask how your name had been covered with marzipan and raisins too....

ZacharyQuack · 05/10/2011 23:46

mmmm stollen

If the other name is something like "MoodyCat", how would that poster know to look for a name with "Kat" in it? Perhaps the other poster is a better speller? Wink

Moodykat · 05/10/2011 23:47

I'm such a wanker. I am normally a spelling pedant too. Feel so ashamed.

Excellent thread title Grin

Don't feel ashamed MoodyKat, you have made me drench my keyboard in diet pepsi.

WhoresHairKnickers · 05/10/2011 23:50

YANBU!!! Someone nicked mine and added a 2 and I am unreasonably annoyed by it to the point where I have temporarily namechanged.

OvO · 05/10/2011 23:51

Do you mean 'grumpykat'? If so then the poster has been using that name since the end of August. So not very long. But I dont think people are going to mix up the two names.

Kayano · 05/10/2011 23:51

It was YOUR SISTER-IN-LAW!

DooinMeCleanin · 05/10/2011 23:51

Hecate stollen my name on another thread. She promised to use it for eevil Grin

Have you PM'ed the other poster if it bothers you?

Northernlurker · 05/10/2011 23:52

I can't move without falling over people with 'Northern' in their name.

Bloody annoying.

Especially as one of them (I think she's gone now) was a total pita.

Moodykat · 05/10/2011 23:55

Am confused by the sister in law comment! Haven't PM'd as can't really be bothered! Do feel a bit violated though! Maybe it's time to ditch this name anyway. Then I could start afresh with no more hideous spelling fuck ups! Grin

Moodykat · 05/10/2011 23:56

Oh dear. I could also use less exclamation marks with my new name.

OP posts:
KatieMiddleton · 05/10/2011 23:59

I thought this was going to be a Christmas food thread. I am disappointed Sad

Kayano · 05/10/2011 23:59

Sister in laws using very similar names, thread on another topic...

Moodykat · 06/10/2011 00:00

Can we pretend it is?!

OP posts:
humptybumptious · 06/10/2011 00:01

Have Stollen as your Xmas name. Everyone will drool over you and you will be luffed.

CauldronsTrulyReign · 06/10/2011 00:06

It's a marzipain in the arse when this happens.

humptybumptious · 06/10/2011 00:07

Yes, but you can always go back to raisin children.

MrsDistinctlyMintyMonetarism · 06/10/2011 01:31
Petisa · 06/10/2011 02:33

you freaks, marzipan is the work of the devil

themightyskim · 06/10/2011 09:50

Stollen, I could just eat that now cant wait for the christmas markets to start so I can get the nice fresh goods :)

Would be a bit gutted if someone else had my name, I struggle to work out who is posting at the best of times without someone really confusing me Grin

.....off to add Stollen to my list of craving OH really must try and satisfy......

CoffinGoneMouldyAgain · 06/10/2011 09:53

Don't like Stollen, I do however love Lebkuchen! :)
