Just reading through another thread and found someone whose name is incredibly similar to mine. Am now feeling a bit put out! AIBU?
It's the Halloween name thread by the way. If anyone not on their phone can work out if she's been here longer than me please do tell and I'll get back in my box!

Moodykat · 06/10/2011 10:12

ariadneoliver · 06/10/2011 11:04

Nom nom

MissPenteuth · 06/10/2011 11:07

Arf, I was going to suggest that maybe they were using it as a Christmas namechange but everyone has beaten me to the joke.

SoupDragon · 06/10/2011 11:08

"mmm: stollen" was my immediate response too :o

Hassled · 06/10/2011 11:09

I only like the middle of a Stollen. So, the marzipan bit. It's the icing sugar on the top that's the problem- sticks to the roof of my mouth.

OracleInaCoracle · 06/10/2011 11:10

I make great stollen. and don't even like marzipan.

as you were.

MarginallyNarkyPuffin · 06/10/2011 11:13

Aldi stollen rocks.

Must buy stollen.

Dawndonna · 06/10/2011 11:13

I have Stollen. Sainsbury's, yesterday.
Oops, that should read: I had Stollen!

wipes crumbs from overlarge chest
:)

Dawndonna · 06/10/2011 11:14

bugger, that shouldn't have been in bold. Mind you, it is apparently the first thing most people notice about me!

ShriekingLisa · 06/10/2011 11:17

So stollen is christmas cake???

MarginallyNarkyPuffin · 06/10/2011 12:16

Stollen

It's whenever-I-can-buy-it cake. MMmmmmm.

WhoresHairKnickers · 08/10/2011 18:23

Lidl has tiny Stollen bites... yum!!!

RhinestoneCowgirl · 08/10/2011 18:25

Just enjoying the stollen chat Grin, only reason I clicked on the thread...

Alibabaandthe80nappies · 08/10/2011 18:26

I love this thread. And I love stollen.

I am normally against christmas food items until at least the beginning of december, but I may have to make an exception.

Sainsbury's have stollen, not sure about waitrose.

RIZZ0 · 08/10/2011 18:29

Oi loikes Stollen.

Yorky · 08/10/2011 18:39

Is there a low calorie version of this thread for those of us trying (and failing) to cling to the tattered remains of our self control?

Moodykat · 08/10/2011 23:06

Stollen bites?! I'm off to Lidl! And also liking how this thread has turned out!

Flisspaps · 08/10/2011 23:09

Lidl Stollen. Was eyeing it up today, but there was no way 1kg of premium tasty marzipan filled stollen was going to make it to midnight tonight in my hands, never mind December.

thisisyesterday · 08/10/2011 23:11

yes i saw the title and thought MMmmmmm stollen too!

CumpyGrunt · 08/10/2011 23:12
